• We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted local couriers.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

• Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

• Major cities may receive faster delivery (2–3 business days), while outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

• Flat Rate Shipping: R69 nationwide.

• Free Shipping on all orders over R800.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number.

• You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website.

Delivery Times

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or unforeseen courier delays.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
