We understand that finding the right fit online isn’t always easy, so we keep returns simple, fast, and judgment-free. You have seven days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items may be tried on to check fit and comfort — that’s what our guarantee is for. We only ask that your item is kept in good condition, with the hygiene seal intact and original packaging included where possible.

If your bodysuit is too small, too big, or not what you expected, you can return it for a size exchange or a full refund. For all South African customers, QueenShapez will even cover the return courier cost for fit-related exchanges, because we want every Queen to find her perfect shape without stress.

To start a return or exchange, simply email support@queenshapez.com with your order number and a brief note explaining the issue. Our team will send you clear, step-by-step instructions and a prepaid courier label if applicable.

Once your return reaches our team, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or replacement within five to seven business days. Refunds are issued directly to your original payment method, and we’ll notify you every step of the way.
