Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and shapewear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@queenshapez.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Return & Exchange Costs

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to size or preference, the customer will be responsible for the courier fee.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
