Returns & Exchanges Policy


At QueenShapez, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve got you covered.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

  • For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and shapewear can only be returned if the hygiene seal is still intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@queenshapez.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll send you instructions on how to send your item back.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

Return & Exchange Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to size or preference, the customer will be responsible for the courier fee.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
